Scripox is an AI-powered content generation and publishing platform operated by Saba Foladashvili, an individual creative entrepreneur based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal data of our users.

What Data We Collect
Account Data
During the signup process, we collect your email address and name. This authentication process is managed by Supabase Auth, which securely handles your login credentials and basic profile information required to maintain your account.
Writing Samples
As part of the style training process, you may choose to paste samples of your previous writing (e.g., past social media posts). These samples are used exclusively to generate a personalized writing profile for our AI engine. We do not sell these samples, nor do we share them with third parties for their own use. These samples are not used to train the underlying global AI models of our providers.
Generated Content
We store the content generated through the Service, including X (Twitter) threads and content hooks. Storing this data allows us to provide you with a generation history and the ability to retrieve or edit your previous work.
Social Account Tokens
If you choose to use our scheduling or direct-to-social publishing features, we collect and store OAuth tokens for your Twitter/π account. These tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to publish content on your behalf at your request. We never post content without your explicit action or scheduled intent.
Onboarding Responses
We collect your responses to the onboarding questions asked when you first join the platform. This data is used to personalize the product experience, adjust the default settings of the AI generator to your niche, and benchmark your growth goals.
Usage and Analytical Data
We collect metadata about how you interact with our Service, such as which features are accessed, the frequency of generations, and scheduling activity. This information is used for internal product improvement and to ensure Service stability.
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record. Scripox does not see, collect, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or any other sensitive payment details. Your payment relationship is primarily with our payment processor, though we receive confirmation of your subscription status to unlock platform features.
How We Use Your Data
- Core Service Delivery: To perform style analysis, generate text in your voice, and schedule posts to your social media accounts according to your instructions.
- Personalization: To tailor the interface and AI outputs based on your industry, niche, and growth goals identified during onboarding.
- Payment Processing: To manage subscriptions and billing.
- Communications: To send essential transactional emails, including account confirmation, login codes, and billing receipts. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
- Product Improvement: To analyze anonymized usage patterns to determine which features need enhancement or fixing.
Data Storage and Security
We prioritize the security of your data. All user data is stored within Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We utilize **Row-Level Security (RLS)**, ensuring that your data is logically isolated from other users; only you (and the Service, acting on your behalf) can access your specific data records.
Social account OAuth tokens are stored in the database and are only transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. Your writing samples and generated content are stored specifically for your account and are never used to train the global AI models of our third-party providers.
We retain your information for the duration of your active account status. If you choose to delete your account, we will erase all associated personal data from our primary databases within 7 days.
Third Party Services
We rely on several secure third-party providers to help us run Scripox. Each provider has its own privacy obligations:
- Supabase

Your Rights
We respect your rights regarding your personal information. You have the following rights:
- Access & Portability: You can request a summary and a machine-readable JSON export of all the data we hold about you.
- Correction: You have the right to correct any inaccurate data we hold about you.
- Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings menu or by emailing foladashvilisaba808@gmail.com. We will fulfill this request within 7 business days.
- Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for any data processing activity at any time.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) have additional rights under the **GDPR**, and California residents have rights under the **CCPA**. We provide a uniform high standard of privacy rights to all users regardless of their location.
Children's Privacy
Scripox is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
